“I’ve run into a few problems with the toilet, and one of the repairs took way too long. I think quicker responses to issues would really help. I’d also prefer to get an update before someone just shows up at my door to enter. It felt a bit unsettling to think someone could come in at any moment. On top of that, I wish there were more options or consideration for mature students. At times it felt strange being an older person in that accommodation.”
