“Staying in the apartment has been pretty okay overall, but there are a few major problems, like the fire alarm, and the weird, strong smells coming from the neighbors. Every time we had friends or family over, they said it feels like a cabin, and I kind of agree. The place isn’t bad, but for what you’re paying, it feels pretty balanced. I do think the location is good though. It’s close to where I study, and there are several supermarkets and the gym nearby. Plus, it’s in the city center, so there’s a lot you can reach on foot.”

“To be honest, I can’t think of anything I’d change right now. The communication has been great, and any time something came up, they responded quickly and handled it well. From the start, I’ve felt like everything was taken care of. For instance, when the internet was acting up, they got it sorted within a couple of days. The same thing happened with the dryer in our apartment. They fixed the door for us without even needing us to ask. I’m genuinely grateful for how much effort they put into keeping the place in excellent shape, always focusing on the little details and making sure everything runs the way it should. I’ve lived in several countries and had different landlords, but this is the first time I’ve felt tenants were treated with this kind of personal attention and professionalism. That’s why I’m giving them a full 5 out of 5.”
