> Overall, I had a good experience. The place is in a really nice location, and it’s convenient for me to live there. The staff are friendly and easy to work with, and whenever something comes up, they usually get back quickly. That said, the common areas aren’t as clean as they should be, and they need improvement. Also, the flatmates could do a better job coordinating with each other. It would help if there were some meetings or shared activities. I think a few initiatives from the house management would be really appreciated.
