“Overall, I had a good experience. The place is in a really nice location, and it’s convenient for me to live there. The staff are friendly and easy to work with, and whenever something comes up, they usually get back quickly. That said, the common areas aren’t as clean as they should be, and they need improvement. Also, the flatmates could do a better job coordinating with each other. It would help if there were some meetings or shared activities. I think a few initiatives from the house management would be really appreciated.”

“I want to refresh the space so it feels cozier. I’m thinking about putting up a shelf above the desk, upgrading to some modern lighting, and swapping out the curtains and wall art.”

“One thing I’d want to work on is how well the rooms are soundproofed from each other, because sometimes that can lead to issues. It’s not terrible, but it can get pretty annoying. Aside from that, everything is really nice. I also think a lot of it comes down to the students themselves. I like keeping things clean, so sharing common spaces only works for me if people take care of it, and not everyone does. I really appreciate that, but I guess that’s just part of living with other people too. Everyone has their own values, and the main thing I’d improve would still be the sound isolation between the rooms.”
