“They really need another person covering evenings and weekends. The front desk often ends up shut during those hours, and parcels don’t get handled then.”

“Because I’m on the ground floor and my room looks out toward the courtyard, a lot of people smoke right outside our doors, so the place can smell sometimes. I think it would be better if there were a “curfew” for smoking in the outdoor area, roughly from 11pm to 8am.”
