Way too hot with no airflow. It’s okay during winter, but I’m really not looking forward to summer.

The parking is free, and the ventilation is actually good.

Honestly, I can’t see anything that needs changing. The place feels like it’s already as good as it can get.

The staff really should be cleaning the hallways, shared spaces, and the walls. It’s pretty awful when you have to go to other floors or the laundry room. The other day I actually spotted a cockroach, and I have video of it, so I can send it as proof.

The hallways had a nice atmosphere, and I really appreciated having more kitchen supplies available.

Honestly, the elevators really do cause issues, like I said earlier, because they seem to break down quite a lot. I also don’t think the ventilation helps much since it’s really small and gets dirty, and most of the time the bathroom ends up smelling damp. On top of that, some rooms have heating problems. For instance, it’s set to run for only an hour or two and then it shuts off, which is pretty rough during winter nights. I’m not sure there’s much that can be done, but with the window setup, it gets extremely hot in summer and it feels like hardly any fresh air is coming in. Other than that, when it comes to fire safety, I think student accommodation should make sure people actually know how to cook safely and what not to do in the kitchen. For example, they should warn against covering a pot of oil with a lid while it’s still on the stove. It would also be a good idea to have a short tutorial on how to use the fire extinguisher and the fire blanket.
