“I think you might want to reconsider the self locking doors in the rooms. I’ve left so many times with my key card still inside, then as the door clicked shut I would realize I’d forgotten it. After that, I couldn’t get back in, so I had to either go down to reception or call security if it was outside office hours. I get that the card system is safer, and I genuinely do appreciate it, but it might be better to put the card access on the main flat door rather than on the individual rooms.”
