“There is some noise, but it’s not a huge problem.”

“They need more washing machines and dryers, because two just isn’t enough when it gets busy. Also, better parking outside would make it easier to load and unload, especially if you’re carrying a lot. I also like that they email you when you have parcels waiting for you at reception.”

“The staff is always there to help with any questions we have. The stairs and shared areas are kept spotless, or they get cleaned up quickly. It feels amazing all day and all night. The room is quiet, and everything feels modern.”
