“The management really didn’t pay attention to the little things. When we first moved in, our room was dirty, and we ended up having to deal with it ourselves. Even after that, we kept running into problems getting maintenance taken care of during our stay. They weren’t sorry at all, either. Instead, they just pointed the finger at people higher up in the company, and honestly, that did nothing to help us.”
