“Honestly, there are just two things. First, during out of office hours it feels like there’s no real person to reach if something goes wrong, except for when you get locked out. My room is right above the common room, so it can get quite noisy, and if it becomes too much I don’t really have anyone to contact. Second, I think the kitchen could have been arranged to give a bit more usable space, but that’s a small point and it doesn’t really need fixing.”

“How the window placement changes how much light comes in. Or, so my neighbour or the person upstairs does not have the base on until the early hours of the morning.”

“If there’s ever an emergency, I think there should be someone much nearer to the accommodation, instead of having to wait more than an hour. In my opinion, someone should be working at reception every single day, especially on Saturdays. The postman or postwoman does not deliver my letters on Saturdays because there isn’t anyone at reception to receive them, and that’s meant some of my mail has gone missing.”

“The kitchen setup is a lot better, like the fridge door finally stays closed, and it doesn’t end up freezing all the food anymore.”
