“I just want to say that managers really need to be firmer when complaints come in. A lot of the issues they do deal with, which is honestly brilliant and really appreciated. But there are some problems, especially in the communal areas like the kitchen, that keep getting messed up again and again. For example, the fridge is often unusable because someone has food in there that is out of date, or it just smells really bad. People have reported it, kitchen checks have been carried out, and still the same issue keeps coming back. I don’t feel like enough is being done to make sure the living environment is good for everyone. You can only tell someone so many times before they just don’t listen, and then the managers barely get a chance to actually fix it.”

“I’d say we should add some common areas and make it feel more like a real community, not just a hotel.”

“How packages get delivered, and the delays that happen when there are maintenance problems.”
