“Maybe it would help to set up meet up days for each floor, like a first floor meet up and a second floor meet up, so everyone can get to know each other.”
“Before I moved in, it really needed a deeper clean, and even now I’m still stuck dealing with an odor the last tenant left behind.”
“The room feels bigger, and I wish the walls were a bit less bright and colorful.”
“A more balanced, neutral color scheme.”
“All I hear is the doors slamming. It’s mostly the kitchen door. At the beginning of term it was pretty quiet, but as the term has gone on, it’s gotten much louder.”
“How they match you up with flatmates.”
“Getting all the radiators working again. They also offer routine drain cleaning. I’d like them to cut down on the wait time when you need a fix. The water pressure and volume should really be taken seriously. There should be more security for the bike racks, or better yet, a spot where students can keep their bikes inside. Also, the beds need to be more comfortable.”
“Room was a decent size, the mattress was in good shape, and the door didn’t make much noise.”
“The room is a bit more spacious, and the bed is definitely better.”
