“The maintenance team: We’ve had a lot of issues with hot water and the heating, plus leaks in the kitchen that come through the roof. They did come out multiple times, but they never managed to fix the problems.”

“How frequently the kitchen gets cleaned. It’s always taken care of properly, but when there are a lot of us living in the flat, it can get really messy if some of the other flatmates don’t clean up after themselves. Then it’s honestly frustrating to have to deal with it all on your own.”
