“I really like the location, and the staff were genuinely friendly. The parcel handling is also excellent. What I liked most about the studio was that there’s plenty of space and storage, but I was honestly let down by the state of the place. When I first got there, it looked like they had only cleaned the areas you can see right away. Once I started unpacking and having a proper look around, I realised everything was dirty and not well looked after. I ended up spending a lot of time cleaning just to feel comfortable. The door and walls are quite thin, so you can hear everything in the hallway, even the elevator. On top of that, the furniture and equipment are outdated and really uncomfortable. The bed and the desk chair are so bad that using them leaves me aching all over.”

“The place feels really cozy and it’s genuinely interactive. There are always events going on, which I think is so important when you’re away from home and you want to meet people. Everything has been awesome, and honestly, there’s nothing that needs improving.”

“Everything is perfect, but the one thing that's still missing is the gym.”

“I think the heating could have been better, and the bathrooms definitely needed better ventilation.”
