“We definitely need more storage, even if it’s just adding an extra cupboard or shelf in the bathroom. Right now there isn’t much storage in the main bedroom either. That said, it’s a really lovely place with an aesthetic look, and it’s been well kept and maintained.”

“Could there be a more structured schedule for the bin, like a chart or something similar?”

“Because our room is at the very end of the building, the kitchen is really small. I also wish we had been told about the construction happening outside the accommodation before we moved in.”

“If we lived in a perfect world, the welcome pack would include a complimentary set of earplugs, the noise cancelling ones.”

“It can get pretty loud at times. I think they could do a better job managing the flats when they’re too noisy. Also, the vacuum in the flat hasn’t been great, it doesn’t really pick anything up.”
