Please give us more time each day to collect our mail, fix the lifts faster, and have more RAs on reception during the day instead of shutting it down. It would also help a lot if emails were answered quicker, and if you emailed us in advance when updates are going to be made to the accommodation, so I know ahead of time when things are changing where I live. Also, can you give us options to vote on decisions like putting a huge burger can in the way to block the entrance and exit of our building? We should be included in the choices about updates because we are adults and we want a say in what happens in our accommodations. Finally, please hire more staff to clean. The facilities, especially the washing machines, are always disgusting and they’re genuinely awful to use.”
