“I just wish the room felt a bit brighter.”

“The only real thing I’d change is the maintenance. When I was here, the room didn’t feel properly cleaned or prepared. The walls already had a ton of scuffs, some of the windows didn’t shut right, and the rollers also weren’t working properly. All of that was already there when I moved in, so I had to take photos and document everything because I’m worried they’ll try to charge me for it. Other than that, I wouldn’t really change much else.”

“I think it would be even better with a bigger desk. Also, it would be really convenient if you could turn the room light on and off right from the bedside.”

“In-unit laundry or free laundry is included. They also fixed the elevators and the gate lock.”

“Bathroom design is definitely an upgrade. That said, it gets grimy pretty fast, and the ceiling is the main issue since it ends up dirty and stained.”

“I think it’s a great idea to set up get-togethers and other student gatherings right at the start, so everyone can meet and get to know each other.”

“If I could change anything, it would be having more group spaces, like an actual study area. I get that it probably isn't possible in my building though, since there’s just no space for it.”

“The apartment is bigger, and honestly everything else seems fine.”

“We got a second fridge, with a bigger freezer, so everyone has more space to store their food. Maybe the kitchen could use a few more cupboards too, since that seems to be the same problem.”

“I put in soundproof windows to cut down the loud stuff coming from outside. I also made the walls between rooms thicker so I do not hear as much from my neighbors.”
