“If I could improve my place, it would be getting a few more warnings for my flatmates. They leave their dishes all over the kitchen, and it can get really dirty.”

“I can hear loads of noise from the other flats on my floor and even ones above. It’s really distracting, and it’s started messing with my mood and my sleep.”

“Every room is supposed to be about the same size, but I have a disability and I need extra space to get around. In the end, I was given the tiniest room, and you really can’t move in it.”

“The bathroom and the shared space. And honestly, the walls look like they belong in a prison.”

“Maintenance staff in our apartment seem to be in here about every other day, genuinely. They’re really nice and you can tell they’re just trying to get the job done, but it’s incredibly loud and disruptive. Not knowing when they’re coming makes it stressful too. I also don’t really get why our place needs repairs or checks so often, like every two days, because it feels like it’s falling apart constantly.”

“I really wish the shower had stronger water pressure.”

“I don’t like that there aren’t any shower curtains. The bedroom lighting could be better, and there should be more outlets.”
