> Overall, the place and the living arrangements just don’t feel worth the cost. The price would really need to come down so it lines up with the facilities and the accommodation you get. Right now, it isn’t priced fairly for what you actually get.

> I honestly find the laundry setup pretty frustrating. My rent is already quite high, and that feels even more ridiculous given what I get for the living arrangements. So having to pay extra for washing facilities just adds to the stress, especially since they do not work very well. On top of that, the bathroom gets mouldy, and it is not easy to figure out how to fix it. It does not really make you feel comfortable when you are trying to keep things clean.
