“Overall, the place and the living arrangements just don’t feel worth the cost. The price would really need to come down so it lines up with the facilities and the accommodation you get. Right now, it isn’t priced fairly for what you actually get.”

“I got placed with someone the staff at The Hub already knew was a bad flatmate. I eventually moved out of my original flat, but even now my old flatmates are still being controlled, shouted at, and getting abusive threats online from my old flatmate. And the Hub knew she was like this last year too.”

“I honestly find the laundry setup pretty frustrating. My rent is already quite high, and that feels even more ridiculous given what I get for the living arrangements. So having to pay extra for washing facilities just adds to the stress, especially since they do not work very well. On top of that, the bathroom gets mouldy, and it is not easy to figure out how to fix it. It does not really make you feel comfortable when you are trying to keep things clean.”

“We could really use more room in the cupboards and fridge, because the storage is pretty tight. Also, that stupid fire alarm keeps blaring for no reason at all.”

“Take out the dishwasher and install a washing machine instead.”
