“I feel like this place is a little too far from my university. I do take the bus, so that part is definitely a plus for me. But if I ever had to walk, it would be about a 30 minute walk to get to my classes. That’s really the only downside I see with this accommodation.”

“Each flat doesn’t have a proper living space, and the only shared area is basically the kitchen or the common room, which feels like it’s used by around 200 rooms.”

“Honestly, I can’t see how this could be better.”

“It’s not only my place, everything here feels way too expensive and basically impossible to afford.”

“It probably just needs a bit of a refresh, like a modern update. I think they’re planning to do it over the summer.”

“If I had to change just one thing about my room, it would be the shower in the wet room. I honestly think that putting in a real, proper shower would make the whole wet room area much more useful.”

“The bed frame is bolted to both the floor and the walls. It would be great to have the option to move it around, or at least a futon setup to free up more space. Also, it would be nice to be able to switch off the bathroom fan and have the window open.”

“Ordering parcels can be pretty hard sometimes.”

“It’s pretty close to campus, which is probably why it costs less, so I can’t really complain.”

“At West Park Villas, I really wish there was at least one sofa in the place. Nobody wants to sit around the dining table on those chairs for ages every night, so it feels like we don’t get to socialise with our flatmates as much as we should.”
