“Cleaning! I really hope you can offer an in-room cleaning service. Also, compared to the cleaning itself, the alarm clock seems like the biggest problem in this place. It keeps going off in the middle of the night, and nobody is able to fix it. It has really affected everyone’s life here. I understand the importance of building everyone’s emergency awareness, but it seems to ring by accident at night all the time. Because of that, a lot of people may start thinking it’s just another joke, and then if a real emergency happens, they might not take it seriously. I’m hoping that if the accommodation needs to test the clock, you will at least give everyone a heads-up three days in advance. It’s not enough to just email us. It should be clearly posted or announced in the building so everyone knows. Then everyone will treat it seriously.”
