“It feels like the communication is kind of selective. If something goes wrong, it takes them a while to reply. But when everything is going well, they respond right away.”

“The building doesn’t really have any proper social space, so most students end up spending time in their rooms in their flats. You do feel a bit of community, in the sense that you can chat with the accommodation team and they’re easy to get along with. But beyond that, you don’t really get to know other people in the building, because there’s nowhere to meet and mingle. The only thing you could call social space is the reception, but it’s not really a suitable spot for social activities. It’s basically just two sofas. Overall, I’d say there’s a real lack of community between the tenants, mostly because of the lack of social space.”

“It would be great if, right when someone moves in and their lease starts, each tenant could get a small air filter or purifier.”

“I really think the laundry room would be better if they had cashless payments. It’s honestly pretty tough to have the exact coins needed to pay for the laundry.”
