“I’m in my first year, but I’m sharing a place with all final year exchange students. I do like that they seem more mature and know how to look after themselves, and the place stays pretty clean. Still, it would’ve been better to have at least one other fresher in the flat.”

“I’d definitely swap out my desk chair for something more comfortable. This one has gotten worn out, and it’s really hard to sit in for any length of time. The cushion has turned stiff and it doesn’t feel soft at all anymore.”

“Take care of anything that was marked as broken or damaged during the inventory check at the beginning of the year, and you can also swap out the shower curtain as part of the cleaning service.”

“The bedrooms have much better soundproofing. Also, the temperature control needs work since the rooms get really hot when the radiator is on, even if it’s just been switched on at the wall.”

“When something breaks, repairs come faster, which is a plus. But the laundry setup with Circuit is honestly pretty rough overall. It’s pricey, it’s not very dependable, and the laundry room is outside both of our buildings in the bike shed.”
