“The on-site manager really made the whole situation worse. A lot of the problems I ran into came down to how the site manager, Lorna L., acted. During my move-in, I was treated terribly.”

“The water pressure is pretty inconsistent for the units, and it gets even worse on the top floors. On top of that, the fixtures don’t seem built to last. The fridge area is also pretty tight. The walls are paper-thin, and the flooring marks up easily, plus dirt and grime build up in all the little grooves.”

“1- The mobile service in the building could be better. 2- I’d like to see better communication and customer service from the staff. 3- It would be great to have a cleaning service available. 4- Adding maintenance staff would really help.”
