“I think the bathroom should have a regular light switch instead of a motion sensor. Also, there really needs to be a screening process for flatmates. I ended up with someone who DJs, and I was honestly very unhappy with how loud it was. It could have been avoided if I’d been told that a flatmate might be playing loud music most nights.”

“I’d rather you prioritize reliability and cut down on how much maintenance is carried out during term time, when most students are actually in their flats. Maintenance during the holidays makes more sense too, since there’s usually less disruption then.”
