“The drying feature on these washer-dryers doesn’t work that well. After I wash my clothes, if I switch straight to the dryer mode, the clothes still don’t dry completely. I’d recommend setting up a separate room to place and use several dryers.”

“Our bin area is always in a really disgusting condition. There’s trash and food all over the floor, and the bins are never empty, so you can’t actually get rid of rubbish properly. We’ve also had two run-ins with mice. This is clearly not sanitary and it needs to be dealt with right away, with regular cleaning and ongoing maintenance.”
