“The RAs should get training that actually helps us more, and they should feel a lot more approachable and focused on what we need. I know someone who lives with one of the RAs, and honestly, they are the biggest problem in the flat. That really shouldn’t happen with someone older than us who is here with subsidised living to help take care of us.”
