“The laundrette should cost less, since the laundry setups in other places are cheaper and they’re all basically the same kind of circuit laundry.”

“The kitchen could really use some upgrades. We’re a bit concerned that the fridge and freezer do not get cold enough, and the electric hob controls are awkward to work out. The heat takes ages to build and then it cools down just as slowly, and there’s no clear way to see which hob is actually on. I ended up burning my hand in the first week because of it.”
