“THE LAUDRY SERVICES I honestly cannot figure out why any industry would outsource something like this service to Circuit Laundry. It’s pricey, it doesn’t work well, and the app is just terrible. It’s quick to break and often ends up out of order. In fact, some of the dryers in this building have been unavailable the whole time I’ve been here. Surely it’s Unite Students’ responsibility to make sure maintenance is handled properly with Circuit Laundry. And when you’re paying more than £200 a week, it’s really disappointing that the service is this poor, especially considering it feels like a sign of how little care Unite Students puts into looking after its residents.”

“It’s better to handle things as they come up, but I honestly felt like my needs weren’t met when an issue came up that wasn’t really on me. It wasn’t until a guardian stepped in that I finally got a resolution. I just wish there was a team that would listen to the student right from the start.”
