“The apartment’s furnishings felt pretty low quality. A few of the lights either don’t work or they make a buzzing noise, and there’s also some scuffing and general wear that was already there when I moved in. The kitchen and bathroom appliances overall are not great, especially the shower.”

“All the amenities, like the sink, washing machine, shower head, couches, bed, and everything else, should be in excellent shape when someone moves in. And the keys should work properly too.”

“The shower plumbing and pipework feel pretty shoddy, and the water doesn’t drain properly. There are no parking permits for the building. If you need to bring a car for move-in or placement, parking is extremely hard and ends up costing a lot. You can hear a fair amount of noise coming from outside.”

“The management team needs to completely change how they communicate. There are so many problems across different apartments. For example, some window frames are broken and that has led to water leaking, the window glass is also broken, the refrigerator is damaged, and there is even heating damage. There’s no night caretaker either. What really bothers me is that they don’t seem willing to fix anything or even follow up on the issues, yet they still list those rooms for sale. To me that feels like fraud and misleading advertising.”

“It would be great if the community organized more physical activities, so neighbors can actually meet and get to know each other.”

“I’m looking to get a new couch because the one I have is really old and it’s almost falling apart.”
