“The building runs really hot, especially on the upper floors. Even in winter the rooms still end up feeling way too warm, like 24+ on an average day, and then around 28 to 30 when it’s summer. The windows also don’t open very much, which makes everything even worse. Something really needs to be done about it because it’s honestly uncomfortable, particularly during the warmer months.”

“The postman quite often can’t get into the building, so they end up not being able to drop off my parcels. It’s really frustrating. The rubbish area also needs work. It would be much better if it were kept cleaner. And honestly, there’s no reason for staff to go into the room so often.”
