“They should service the washer and dryer machines more frequently, and add more vacuums too, like one per floor.”

“I guess they’ll probably switch the keys to the FOP ones to make things easier for all the students. Not sure, but that’s what I’m thinking.”

“We finally got rid of the silverfish. From the window, the view is really different. The hallways have their own smell, though. Also, the cooking fan is much stronger, so it actually helps clear the smell out of the room.”

“I just wish my room was a little larger, but I couldn’t really justify paying for the bigger ones. People don’t seem to chat much in my building, but at least my neighbor is someone I already knew, so that helps.”

“The kitchen in shared flats is pretty small, and the gym has more equipment.”

“It’s been really helpful to have someone on reception, so our parcels don’t end up on the floor where they could be grabbed easily. Also, the place has hoovers on every floor, instead of just sharing three across the whole building. And I like that there are locks on the front door on every floor right after the lift area, so strangers can’t get in properly, even if they manage to get past the first two locks.”

“They could use more washing machines, and the study area should be bigger too.”

“I think the issue was mainly with the electrical appliances. On my first day, the TV would not work, so I assumed the remote controller was the problem. That is why I asked the receptionist for help, and she was really friendly and willing to assist me. Also, I sent the issue by email, and it turned out the remote was not the cause. The problem was actually with the television itself, and the mechanic fixed it immediately. That said, I had another problem on day one because I did not really know how to use the hooks. What could be improved is that the staff should explain everything clearly the first time a student arrives, and they should check all the electrical appliances to make sure they are working properly.”

“The fridge is bigger and the kitchen feels more spacious too. It still needs an oven, though.”

“I want to install a microwave and add a window in the kitchen. I’d also like to redecorate the rooms.”
