“Honestly, I’m fine with the basics they offer. But I do think the private housing providers should be more aware of the financial mess the pandemic caused. They should reach out to students who never stayed in their rooms even though they paid in full, since their countries were on the red list, and then refund a portion of the accommodation cost to make up for the fact that the room wasn’t used.”

“It would really help if there were more events where students could get together, since the community vibe people are looking for still doesn’t feel there yet.”

“Inside the studio, the study area really needs comfortable chairs, and there should also be a cap on how many flats can fit on the floor. Otherwise, there is no real way to deal with the noise pollution.”
