The main thing for me is that the gym and the study room are right next to each other. I don’t really think that’s the best setup from a noise point of view, especially because there’s no door separating the two. It’s a small issue though. In the end, people can just use headphones and move on with their day.

I honestly think the place could use better insulation. The walls feel pretty thin, and you can hear people walking around and talking outside your room. That said, it’s not really a constant issue since most guests are respectful during quiet hours, and the busier floors are usually less crowded than the others. Still, it would definitely be better if they improved it.

I think they should improve how they communicate with the students and the management team. It would also help a lot if the place had more regular maintenance.

I’ve been cleaning it more regularly, like once a week instead of only every two weeks.

There isn’t enough storage, especially in the bathrooms, so I really wish there were more room with bigger wardrobes.

Honestly, getting in isn’t really an issue at all. But if I had to suggest one area they could improve, it would be the key card setup. It can be a bit annoying because when you’re in the kitchen trying to cook, the card sometimes ends up locked inside your cupboard or you drop it somewhere. And if you just need to run to the bathroom quickly, the appliances you left cooking will stop while you’re away. That part is pretty inconvenient. Other than that, though, the place is fantastic.

The sauna and the heated beds don’t seem to work, and the night shift staff doesn’t know how to get them turned on.

Cleaning the rooms more often, about once a week. The entertainment area should stay open 24 hours a day and not shut down at midnight.

Honestly, the management team handled things in a really careless way when it comes to privacy. My flatmate and I both felt the same, like our personal space just did not exist. There are cameras all over the place, and people would sometimes enter our apartment without even saying hello or acknowledging us. For instance, we would be in the middle of making lunch, and the management would just walk in, “inspect” our kitchen, and then scold us about how dirty it was. But of course it was messier than normal since we were cooking, with ingredients out on the table and everything in use. That whole situation made both of us feel uncomfortable and constantly on edge. We did not feel secure or like we had any privacy for the entire two months we stayed there.
