Having security or staff on duty overnight would probably help cut down on that problem.”

“From the start, nobody ever really tells residents to keep it down during quiet hours. It just kind of gets assumed. And because of that, you get students slamming into walls and doing loud chores at midnight, since they weren't clearly told not to in the first place.”
