“I’m really hoping the balconies get sorted before next school year, because they’re honestly my favorite feature in the room.”

“There’s honestly a lot of upkeep that seems to go into the internet. I’ve had issues with the Wi-Fi too, and from what I’ve heard and what I’ve seen, it gets disrupted quite often. It has really thrown off our study schedule and made it harder to upload assignments on time. It always seems to happen right around the time deadlines are coming, which is not helpful at all for students. And the balcony situation as well. The amount they take from our rent doesn’t feel right to me. Charging 10 pounds a week for a balcony seems off. I’m not bothered about not having a balcony, that’s fine, but I just don’t think it’s worth £10 a week. Thanks.”

“The showers are really inconsistent. One minute they’re cold, the next they’re hot. The internet keeps dropping, and it feels like it’s on the residents to sort it out, not the accommodation. Honestly, what? Also, the kitchen hob looks dirty.”

“I really enjoy living here, and the staff are genuinely kind and take good care of us. That said, we should be honest, the place feels pretty outdated. It would be so much better if they updated the rooms and made everything feel more modern, instead of worn out and run down.”

“There are times of day when the windows don't let in much natural light because of the cliff face outside, so the place can feel a bit dull.”

“The oven is great, and I also really like the extra soundproofing on the door.”
