“They make sure the room dimensions are shown clearly and explained properly before anyone signs the agreement.”

“The kitchen ventilation is way better and it still meets the fire and safety requirements, but it doesn’t leave the place smelling bad. It’s done through the windows and fans. Overall, the design and the small upgrades are better too.”
