“Hi. The main thing I think could be improved is the shuttle bus schedule. When I first got here, it wasn’t very clear at all what time the shuttle would leave or when we’d be picked up. It felt like the schedule was all over the place, so it was hard to figure out how everything worked. I’d also consider adding an extra bus, or at least adjusting things so more people could be picked up in different areas. The current bus can only fit about 16 people, and with multiple schools involved, it can get pretty tight. It does work, but it can be a struggle to accommodate everyone. If I could change anything, I’d add another bus or schedule it more effectively. I’d also make the timing and destinations much clearer, like exactly what time the bus goes to each place. When I arrived, I basically had to figure all of that out on my own.”
