“I really liked having more chances to meet and chat with other students in the residence. The kitchen also had more options and facilities than I expected. And overall, everything was kept really clean.”

“The fridge they provided is way too small. They really need to include more amenities, like a toaster and an electric kettle, and also cleaning supplies such as a mop and a broom.”

“It would be really helpful if you could let students know about the room condition or the location before they book. For example, I personally try to avoid rooms right next to trees or plants, because when I stayed there I ended up with spiders in my room. During this pandemic, I think it’s important to share more safety information with students. Also, it would be great if there were staff available 24 hours a day, just in case students need help at any time.”
