“It’s supposed to be about placing people in flats that suit them. For example, if you put two people together who are close in age so friendships can grow, it can still be really difficult to make friends. In my case, my flatmates are very rude and not very clean.”

“The stove turns off pretty quickly after someone moves in. It comes with instructions, but they don't really tell you what to use properly. Also, the heat doesn't stay on for long, so you have to keep an eye on it while you're cooking. It keeps shutting off every 10 to 20 minutes.”

“The only thing I think could be improved is the cupboards. They’re quite small. Before I lived here, I was in another place, and the cupboard there was much bigger and really nice. In this one, there isn’t as much space. There are also little side sections, but they’re basically useless for me because they’re so narrow. I can barely fit my clothes in there. Other than that, everything is fine overall. I just wish the cupboards were a bit more spacious. Thank you.”

“My place is right beside a garden, so bugs keep wandering into my room. I know there might be a way to deal with it, like using sprays to cut down the numbers. I’m not exaggerating either, it genuinely feels like there’s an insect exhibit outside my window.”

“I feel like the communication between the staff and the residents could be a lot better. For example, when the fire alarm goes off, it can take a staff member up to or even more than 15 minutes to show up, which is really inconvenient depending on what time it happens. Also, the rooms should be cleaned more thoroughly when you first move in, and the photos on the website should actually include the full kitchen area and the bathroom. It would be great if they added a virtual walkthrough video too.”

“I was taught how to use a few things, like the microwave or oven, and also how to use the gym.”
