“I’ve lived here for about two years now, and I’ve found that some of the staff are really helpful, while others can be quite rude. The rooms are decent, and I especially like having my own private bathroom, which is a big plus. It’s also close to the university and it’s within walking distance of the supermarkets, which is really convenient. That said, it would be great if they had gym facilities on site. I’ve booked again, but their prices have changed, and I ended up paying a lot more in the first year than I’m paying now for the same size room. They just need to be consistent and fair with their pricing.”

“Having a gym on site is really important, especially for a place this size, so guests have a chance to stay active and get some exercise.”

“There’s not enough room on the shelves for the fridge and freezer right now, so I can’t really fit much in them. Also, it would be great to have better soundproofing, since the roommates can get pretty loud.”

“There are way too many people for one flat, in my opinion. We’ve got 10 of us living there, but honestly we’ve had no issues with each other.”

“There are more shared communal spaces for us to use, but right now our sofa is in the kitchen, so it can be a bit tricky to chat and socialise properly. For example, it would be great to have a proper social area like a bar, or even a nicer outdoor space with something like a summer BBQ. Also, I think they could put on more activities.”
