“If they’re going to charge this much, they should really be keeping up with regular weekly cleaning in the shared areas.”

“Maintenance is better, the sound insulation is better too, and they do weekly housekeeping.”

“The security situation. Not long ago, the front door on the ground floor started being locked. Before that, the back door is hardly ever shut properly, so it really isn’t locked at all. About a week ago, the front ground floor door was ALWAYS left unlocked. It was like that all day, every day, all the way through the night. So anyone could walk into the building. That led to a huge, noisy party, with people vaping, and the fire alarms went off at midnight. This was in October 2022. I do feel a bit safer now that the front door is locked, but I still can’t believe nothing has happened yet, given how unsafe it was.”
