“The place feels a little dated, and the furniture and carpets look a bit tired.”

“Could you make the desks a bit thicker?”

“This place is pretty old, and honestly, nothing seems to work. They really should do a complete maintenance check.”

“The bathroom, especially the shower.”

“The laundry area really needs an upgrade. There are only two washing machines for the entire building, and each wash takes about six hours, which is honestly pretty impractical. On top of that, the kitchens never seem to get cleaned properly. There’s always a big mess, and it feels like everything should be looked after more often.”

“The only thing I can think of that would make the accommodation better is the oven situation. Right now it’s basically a microwave combi, and it’s the same as mine, except the numbers have worn off, so I have to get someone to show me how to use it. Even then, I still don’t feel like I really understand it properly. Also, it would be great to have more communal places to sit for the studio apartments. At the moment, I mostly only have my desk or my bed, and that really affects my sleep routine and everything like that. What I’d like is a bit more space and maybe even a small sofa, or some kind of shared area in here, like a little lounge or even something like a cinema room. Not many people are actually in the office, so it’s not really somewhere I can just relax, and I really wanted my own kitchen and my own place. That said, I still don’t mind seeing other people sometimes.”
