“One area that could use a bit more flexibility is the noise complaints. Sometimes it feels like the noise isn’t really that bad, but because of one phone call it can be hard, especially as an international student. I haven’t received a fine yet, but it still gets difficult. Also, a few of the noise complaints don’t seem totally accurate, and that can be pretty annoying. I also think it should be fine to have your own place with your friends, as long as it’s within reason.”
