“How’s the timing for everything? A lot of the free food events don’t last very long, so I end up missing them pretty often.”

“It’s pretty far from town and the surrounding areas. Also, the laundry service should be taken out.”

“It’s honestly strange having the washing machine in the kitchen. There are only two machines in the laundrette for the whole block, which serves about 400 people at least, and right now another building is even using it because their laundrette is broken. I end up doing my laundry at midnight since that’s the only time the machines are free. And when I’m already paying around £140 a week for my accommodation, having to fork out an extra £10 for laundry feels ridiculous and not fair at all.”
