“It would be great if there was a car park and the accommodation could issue student parking permits that we can pay for.”

“I made sure everything had been properly cleaned, and that all the windows and other fixtures were working before we moved in. I also checked that the sink holes weren’t clogged with hair left behind by the previous tenants.”
