“One thing I think could be improved is having better control over the hoovers and the heating too, especially when it comes to the water. It can be really inconsistent. For example, some people heat up dishes to soak and wash them, while others just shower. On top of that, the water levels being unpredictable makes it harder for people to get on with their day, whether that means taking a shower or doing the washing up. And getting it fixed would probably take a long time as well.”
