“The balcony light and the extractor fan light were marked as broken as soon as I moved in, back in September 2022, and they still have not been sorted out.”

“I’ve got osteoarthritis, so lifting is really hard for me. The corridor smells like weed, and the doors slam so loudly all night that I keep waking up and getting startled. They’re really inconsiderate, honestly, because I know it can be nerve wracking when those bangs happen. Also, the laundry prices are way too high. The TV is pretty basic, I just wish it had been a smart TV.”
