“The noise complaints are frustrating. On some occasions, when the security team handles it, I don’t think they’re strict enough. It feels like they still allow guests to remain in the apartments even when the noise is clearly too much and people end up getting woken up.”

“The elevator actually does its job, and we also gained a lot more storage space in the kitchen.”

“The heating doesn’t really help. The windows still let in a lot of cold air even when they’re shut, and because the heating cuts off every 10 minutes, I wake up feeling ill and freezing. It honestly makes me less motivated to get out of bed and get ready for university. Also, the service time needs work. I reported the issue after I moved in, and three weeks later they still haven’t done anything other than just checking to see what the problem might be.”

“The walls feel a lot thicker, so it’s more private. But I still end up hearing my flatmates, which makes it tough to fall asleep and even harder to have any real quiet, personal time.”

“I really wanted more storage in the kitchen and the rooms, so everyone living in the flat can have at least one cupboard each in the kitchen.”
